We were established in May 2009, as part of the RM60 billion stimulus package announced by the Government of Malaysia. We provide Financial Guarantee Insurance to issues of private debt and Islamic securities. Our goal is to facilitate Malaysian companies raise capital from the capital markets by providing Financial Guarantee Insurance to protect the holders of private debt securities against any missed payments or defaults.
